A support network for church leaders in our wider locality, along with Dave and Pam Bishop. This has mainly been a gathering at Monks Yard near Ilminster every other month.

The name Delta 43 is a combination of the idea of a delta – where streams diverge, flow together and then flow out into the sea – plus a reference to Isaiah 43 where God is doing a new thing and creating streams in the desert. So the concept is that we have our separate streams but come together and are part of the same river.

Regular attendees have included those in leadership at Crossroad Church in Seaton (plus a church for artists based there), church leaders from Dorchester, Axminster and The Meeting Place. These gatherings are mainly for support and prayer.

PottersHeart is a youth and young adult education charity working in some of the poorest communities in rural Kenya, in villages way off the end of the tarmac road. It serves villagers who have little or no education and who are struggling to survive and feed their families every day.

PottersHeart was founded in 2015 by John & Linden Boothby, who moved to Beaminster and joined The Meeting Place in 2020. John & Linden have continued to support and visit Kenya regularly, including in 2024 with Meeting Place friends John & Joy Ryde. You can find the website at https://www.pottersheart.org/

We also meet regularly with leaders from other churches in various forums, both locally and internationally.
